We are Keith and Colleen, the owners of Grand View Renovations. With Keith's 23 years of experience in remodels and new construction, and Colleen's 13 years of experience in new construction, we have the expertise to tackle any project. 

Keith, originally from Pittsburgh, has been in the Wilmington area for 8 years, and his background gives him an edge with multi-level construction on uneven and tumultuous terrains. Colleen, originally from Florida, has been in the Wilmington area for 4 years, and her background gives her an edge with modifying homes to help homeowners safely age in place.
